All SKULL products and fashion are designed and produced from our Head Office and Production Factories in Bali, Indonesia.
We currently ship worldwide from our Bali warehouse in Bali, using DHL which provides tracking and insurance for all parcels.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your shipping details and tracking number, giving you the possibility to check the current delivery status of your order.
Note: DHL does not ship to PO Box, therefore requiring a residential or business address, and providing a signature upon delivery of your order. We suggest using a business hours address where possible. If you wish for your parcel to be sent to a work address, we advise that you enter an address that is easily accessible to the courier. Eg, mailroom, reception, etc

SKULL also offers an option of choosing POS Indonesia International mail, EMS.Items you order for shipment to countries outside of Indonesia may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees.
For further information, we advise you to contact your local customs office.
Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to tax and customs duties.
SKULL is not reliable for any damage caused during the shipping and handling by 3rd parties of the ordered items.
Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods or due to unforeseen reasons. Please note in event of Balinese national holidays and promotional events, the shipment of your order may take longer than usual. Thank you.
